A great English early 19th century primitive elm stool, probably originally from a dairy, with a great wrought iron strap repair, retaining some faint traces of original orange paint, especially around the leg joints. Large enough to be used as a small table.
Some splitting to the top, but all structurally sound, with no wobbles or looseness.
H 34 cm x W 43 cm x D 24.5 cm
